LinguKid - Kleine Englisch Schule app for iPhone and iPad

LinguKid is a simple learning tool to help small children become acquainted with English vocabulary. The concept is simple: friendly, inviting pictures are used interactively – just a touch on the screen and your child will hear the word which describes the object touched.

LinguKid offers your child basic knowledge of vocabulary in six subject areas – the home and household objects, animals, body parts, basics (numbers, letters, colors), Christmas and Easter. Choose the subject area you wish to explore by selecting and then touching it on the opening screen. One touch is all you need to transport you to the colorful scene.

Once your child has explored the scene and become familiar with the English word for each object, a game mode may be selected in which your child will be asked where the object is. Your child can then test his or her knowledge by touching the appropriate object on the screen.
